BUILT TO SELL INTENSIVE™ — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All Sales Are Final

By completing your purchase of the Built to Sell Intensive™, you agree that all sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, failure to schedule your session, or failure to submit your intake form.

2. Activation Window

Your spot must be activated within 30 days of your payment date. Activation requires both submission of your completed intake form and scheduling of your VIP session. Spots not activated within this window are forfeited without refund. If extenuating circumstances arise, you may contact Lisa-May Huby prior to the expiration of your 30-day window to request an extension at her sole discretion.

3. What's Included

The Built to Sell Intensive™ includes:

• A pre-session intake form review and build preparation

• One live VIP session (approximately 90–120 minutes)

• Delivery of your built assets including offer structure, pricing framework, core messaging, offer ascension ladder, DM flow, and no-pitch sales script

• 30 days of voice coaching support Monday–Thursday with 24-hour turnaround

• One 30-day wrap up session and 90-day success plan map

4. What's Not Included

This offer does not include ongoing coaching beyond the 30-day support window, website build, graphic design, copywriting for platforms outside of the deliverables listed above, or any services not explicitly named in Section 3.

5. Results Disclaimer

Lisa-May Huby and Chosen for More™ make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue results, or client acquisition as a result of participation in the Built to Sell Intensive™. Results depend entirely on the effort, implementation, and individual circumstances of each client.

6. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, methodologies, scripts, and materials delivered as part of the Built to Sell Intensive™ are the intellectual property of Lisa-May Huby and Chosen for More™. They are licensed for your personal business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or taught to others without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared during the intake process and VIP session is kept strictly confidential. Lisa-May Huby will not share your business information with any third party without your consent.
